Love playing board games!? Interested in learning various games? Want a fun space to hang out with our family?

Join us at the Rec Center every Monday night from 6-8 pm (holidays excluded) for our Family Board Game Night! Every game night, our staff will highlight a different game each week while providing various other board games to choose from and play with friends & family.  

Family Board Game Night is intended for the whole family. However, individuals are welcome to come and play. An adult must accompany children under the age of 15. Board game recommended ages vary depending on the game and skill level of the players, but on average, they will range between 8-99+. Some options for kids under eight can be provided upon request. A list of each week’s featured game will be posted the Friday before Game Night on the AFRC's website and at the front desk of the Rec Center.

There are limited spots available, so pre-register to guarantee your spot. Drop-ins are welcome as long as the event is not full. Registration opens one week prior and closes the night before each session. Register online.

Each week a variety of the following games will be available in addition to the Week's Featured Game.* 

*Please be aware, the Game Library is large and not fully available on demand. Games can be requested (by calling AFRC or emailing atopp@ci.alamogordo.nm.us) prior to game night, this will in crease the likelihood of a particular game being available for use.
